    Try sourcing the original documents and see if that is REALLY what is said....

    Seriously, if a whole bunch of lawyers can only screw $100K out of the company, it must have been a case that was on seriously shaky ground from the outset. Most Corporate Lawyers wouldn't roll over in bed for less than $1M.
