Go , back & have a look at the announcements . Remember the report to shareholders that said the company had received equity funding for the New Zealand mineral sands project , was it 3 million ? . If so what happened to that ? it was never reported to shareholders . Did the company receive the money .? If not why wasn't it reported to shareholders , who were deprived of their opportunity to sell the shares while the company was still listed . If you do contact ASX / ASIC they they may investigate the company to ascertain if there are any irregularities or the failure of fiduciary duties of directors . it is simply not good enough for the company, to not pay the listing fees & cease all contact with shareholders . They are managing other peoples money & there are strict director's obligations in that role. Fill out the form and click send - no point complaining on HC - they can't do anything .
