I have called the company and expressed my concerns about John candi and was told that OZB have not been contacted by anyone regarding an investigation with the Australian securities commission. And that the relisting is on track for the end of march. The directors Joe Graziano and David wheeler witch neither were involved with 3dgroup are more then satisfied that it is a non issues going forward. the new prospectus will be released shortly.
