FF can you please point me in the right direction to find this 6 month ASX ruling? I have looked and looked through ASX rulings and have had no luck. The only relevant point I can find is "The level of an entity's operations must, in ASX's opinion, be sufficient to warrant the continued quotation of the entity's securities and its continued listings" Which IMO means their is no 6 month grey area, you either satisfy the ASX or you don't.

Your help would be greatly appreciated forrest, I just want to know my stuff before I ask MW at the AGM
