Not trying to be argumentative here but the last thing we need as shareholders is a share consolidation.

Unless management have a couple of company making announcements to accompany a share consolidation us shareholders will be smashed by the subsequent dilution a share consolidation brings.

For example if the ratio was 100 : 1 giving us a share price of 10 cents the SP would be sold down heavily with significant dilution to an extent that we haven't seen before.

Successful companies do the opposite of a share consolidation which is a stock split which reduces the SP and increases the shares on issue.

If I was Lind I would be insisting on a share consolidation. It would be................. show me the money time for Lind !
