I am researching a story about McGrath's float, and subsequent sink, on the ASX (down about 18% from IPO price at this point in time). Obviously it's been hit with a bit of bad timing in terms of the general market move, but there is also the lingering question over whether there was a large element of a real estate firm being flogged off at the top of the property market. Just wondering if there are any investors who bought into the float who are willing to discuss on camera their reasons for buying and whether they think it's still a good long-term investment, despite the short-term decline.
