Hi @forrestfield , do you think the additional placement could be because they want to have a large cash component for the aquisition? (I.e not issue large amounts of shares) .The terms for SRT are excellent and I was thinking MW may want to do the same at WPI. We will have around $ 4,000,000 cash after placement , would this be the largest cash balance of all MW shells ?(past and present )
