I also am wondering what the Nexus board is on about. Perhaps they are trying to get Anzon to relaunch their Takeover bid for Nexus before the AZA/NXS share price differential becomes much greater. I believe that AZA will eventually have another go for NXS but at a substantially reduced ratio of AZA shares for NXS shares.
