How i see it. If 1 cent is breached i suspect it will hit some stops, this will probably cause a bit of panic selling. Most likely go and test that support line below 0.008.
IF it doesn't find any support here it might even go and close the gap.
There are no strong fundamentals or buyer demand to keep the price from falling.
The MOU doesn't have an expiry date, its opened ended.
They could do DD for months? You can bet it wont be done before they get there money for the rights issue
The record date to be eligible for the rights issue was after market closed TODAY.
Folk will technically be able to offload there current holdings tomorrow and wait for there 0.005 rights issue shares to come into there account
