Is "Tesla" looking to set up a factory here in Australia?

With our homegrown car makers, slowly going to the wall, Tesla may be eying off disused facilities and manufacturing plants here, maybe GM or Ford plants in Victoria?

Also they have been recruiting ex australian industry, vehicle engineers and specialists, initially for employment in the California plant….

(Will they be relocated back to Australia, to run an Aust division in the future, Hmmm!)

Does anybody know more information or can enlighten us?!
