Many of the suburbs that I have searched here in Sydney tend to get between 60%-80% the number of listings that both domain and REA have.

There are certainly instances where more is the case, and less is the case, but its generally between those percentages I find

My point is that I hope your not basing your whole argument of lack of listings purely on the minority that have lower listings

I'm interested to see other regions that are doing better what Sydney suburbs would you cite as an example?
