With respect Tony, that is not really fair.
The world needs people to dig and delve to try to help people NOT lose all their hard earned, and everyone you're sympathising with has had plenty of years to get out at reasonable prices, but they chose to ignore the warning signs. Choice is the big thing.
You can be sure that if charges do end up being laid by any slim chance, there will be a class action, and I'll join that, as most of us posting have lost a fair bit of coin even in the glory years.
We're just the lucky ones that worked it out before it was too late I think, so are watching the Circus from the protection of the big top as it were.
It's still not proven, and the fat lady hasn't sung yet.
They're all still collecting pay, as far as we know, and for all we know it'll trade again if they can get the finance organised and the feasibility is able to show a profitable project.
At $2lb copper, it's getting less and less likely though.
Taking losses is part of being a good trader or investor. Buy and hold doesn't make many friends in this century. Tears are shed, but we all have to accept responsibility for our own decisions, unless we were given wrong information from a company while making that decision.
