Jako would you consider that bar on 16 Nov with large spread and large volume as a potential sign of weakness on an up bar?

Looking at the trend that followed it's obvious large holders took the opportunity to sell into the demand. However looking at the individual candle alone the fact that it closed near its high on high volume should have been a sign of strength right?
