The worst advise you have ever read on an investment forum is to not take over priced holidays and instead put the money into a walker shell, which has a proven record of high returns even in a down market hmmmmm........
Yeah I still disagree I think traveling is a huge waste of money.
I have lived in a few different countries for a year or more with my job and having traveled to more cities than I can even remember, I can tell you besides to make more money there is really no good reason to ever leave Australia, after living abroad for so long nothing is as good as laying on a quiet beach in Australia, it's pretty much as good as it gets.
So would I sacrifice my capital and those potential future earnings the ability to never have to work a day again, would I potentially put that back by years just to experience traveling hell no.
I would rather keep my money working right here at WPI.
