I know this comment was not directed at me, but I did some research already.

There are companies who will list on REA and Domain and other sites for less than the price RNT are proposing to charge in future who do not charge enquiry fees. Its true a phone call will likely be via the agent, however most include a note to contact via email and these are automatically forwarded to the vendor.

The bit I do agree on is why would you list on a site with 300 view versus 3 million, that's the crunch. I guess we can all come back and review in 3 or 6 months time.
