I think the current focus is getting market exposure and web traffic.
The cost saving on most aspects of rental is where I feel they will excel. Once landlords see that there is a better/cheaper way of doing things they will drop a bricks and mortar agent.
I think agents will tap into what RNT have on offer as they may see it as another source of leads.
