much appreciated. Have no doubt what you say is true and therefore will take as Gospel, but can't pretend that this mere brain can comprehend it, particularly in regard to the new development, that is, a rejection fine 2 days after settlement even though I had sold at a profit.

It seems strange and no doubt I need to discuss/consider further with the bank.
