Duo, MOO, GLN all had to raise capital and if course buy a venture.
Pre acquistion the mkt cap were around $5 m
After acquistion, the result generally was a negative sp
All the aquisitions businesses looked very good but a sh would have got burnt.
Im sure there are quite a few other similar shell company stories over the past 3 mths.
