With the benefit of hindsight let's have a look at the SP chart for the last six months and the dates of announcements concerning funding/convertible notes/capital raising. In my opinion the SHE SP has drifted down to consecutively lower CR prices settled upon on three occasions. Unfortunately the SHE BOD were also doing due diligence on the Protean WEC during this period so it would not have been responsible for them to acquire the project, and relist at the higher prices that were there mid-year. Of course we can speculate on the reasons for the consistent 6 month low volume retrace that occurred despite positive news flow, but I guess what happens in 2016 is much more important now.

I'm looking forward to announcements on government funding applications to ARENA and other government and private agencies. Announcements of this kind with give the SP a huge boost IMO. Knowing what we know now about ARENA in my opinion it would be irresponsible for POW to go to the market again in 2016 without having first exhausted every avenue of the multi-million dollar renewable energy incentives that we all know are there!
