The technical analysis on this stock would want to be good as the fundamentals are poor. Agents I highly doubt will pay to go on this website as they have rental adequately covered on REA and Domain. There is already an oversupply of websites competing for agencies business which agents might use if they are free however as soon as a hand is outstretched for cash agencies interest drops off quick.
