Great news. I like the 5 year exclusivity (gives the north american distributor plenty of time and incentive to grow sales) and I like the minimum sales incentive to retain exclusivity.

So the US, Canada and Mexico. Hopefully the distributor is active across all three markets.

It's a potentially huge development for a small company like SRH.

I wasn't particularly optimistic (or, for that matter, pessimistic) about this overseas venture, but it appears to be bearing fruit. And the way they're doing it is low risk, with the potential for very high returns.
