This will be like manna from heaven for Michael Cameron. Not only can he use tornado as a pretext to further clear the deck, he can use it to polish it and make it shine, and say "See? Snowball left me a turkey and I got to fix it up." He will further build claim provisions which he can write back in future years to smooth out profit.
