hey Orange. Given the extensive investment of MW in this shell (both in his name and through Cicero), he would be keen limiting dilution from here on in (he controls around 75% of total shares on issue personally or thru cicero's placement), and given the SP of ~5c and total float of around just 62 mil shares, there is no need ever for a consolidation.
that makes this very attractive IMO. Do you still have concerns about the recent raise of $1.2 million for 30 mil shares causing dilution??
