One of my friends wants to rent his flat, he posted ad on a forum; I told him to post on rent.com.au and that's free.
I think most haven't heard rent.com.au, if RNT advertising nation-widely, it probably will attract heaps of new listings.
RNT is playing catch-up with REA & Domain, RNT ranks No.2 on listing of some suburbs.
Just had a look at one suburb in WA:
- Number of rental listing in Victoria Park
Realestate.com.au: 167
Domain.com.au: 128
Rent.com.au: 144
