yes it is a difficult sector to be in. Management are taking steps to protect itself from M&A. My feeling is there is a high chance that this company will see a management-led privatisation in the next 6 months. Management hold a large % of this stock, and as prices keep falling they may act to privatise and get out of the investor spotlight while restructuring and refocusing. I am a holder, and believe the company will survive, but I agree there is possibly more downside at the moment.
