So do you think this one might only be good as a spec which never gets to mine anything out of the ground profitably?

I'm thinking maybe speculating the problem might be the icy cold water or ice will be too expensive to pump out of the underground mines for at least 6 months of the year. There might be environment concerns as to where the pumped water might flow or some other sensible reason why previous miners could not make money out of it. Anyone done any digging from vendors as to why they sold out? Any reasons given why they could not make money but losing money?
Just thinking out aloud on HC & all comments welcomed.
