KCN are playing hard.

KCN have submitted to the Takeovers Panel that "Andean has failed to update the market and Andean shareholders on the status of its discussions with possible competing bidders" and want AND to be forced to provide an update by 5th. July.

My own interpretation, in view of the discount that AND is now trading at, is that KCN want AND to inform tha market that there are no competing bidders!!
