If the SPP is a success you will have a company with approx. $1m in the bank, 2 exciting JV's with mining heavyweights and a very prospective gold project delivering rock chip samples >1000g/t Au..
At today's price that company would be worth $3m or EV $2m (less cash holding)
Drilling will be occurring on all three tenements in the next three months.
This is a no brainer
