The French have a reputation of expropriating private possessions without compensation .

Schuepbach Energy also had their licenses stolen and took the authorities to court and it was kicked out - so a precedent has been set .

On all three occasion's I've invested in or done business with French speakers I've lost money .

My friend could speak fluent English and French traveled to Belgium and asked which language he should speak in .

The answer was "English" because if the person is Flemish they will understand you and if they are a Walloon , they are not worth speaking to .
