Sean Moore previously was involved with a guy called Anthony Torre who had a company called Equinox Capital. This is where the initial seed capital was raised. These seed capital loans will be paid back to the original seed capital providers when the deal for Protean is finalised. There is another guy named John Ceccon who has been pushing this with Sean Moore. I have met Sean Moore several times, pre SHE and my opinion is that he is a very good person as is John Ceccon. If I could persuade Mrs Beach to let me put more in to SHE I would. Unfortunately her outlook is coloured by our dealings with AnthOny Torre who has had quite a few name changes to his business name as a financial advisor/planner - Vertex Financial Planning, Integral Wealth Managers to name two in the last 2 - 3 years.
