Well I think the majority of shareholders already know that the current MD in not up for the job presiding over destruction of shareholders funds with not much to show for it. However the majority of us do not have large enough holdings to make management listen. If there is a change to the management structure it really has to be pushed by Magna or Zeta and many in the top 20 holders list. I would love to know the reason Magna and Zeta think Ron is the best man for the job either they are plain dummies or they waiting for even more destruction of the company to pick up the asset at a heavily discounted price.
