In the real market, not some annonymous, unregulated posters, eg. OV (me), there are avenues of hard research. What is the Long's worst enemy? Shorters. Today (numbers delayed) they are NOT here. It is my experience their pencils are very sharp. From Wednesday 28 October they've been examining EPW. This, to date is their conclusion:

This is a real metric to heed: BUY or SELL signal. I don't put much weight on chart's signals in binary-news driven equities, eg. explorecos and biotechs, but in a liquid utility stock charts have worth.
