I like the tailwind of US legislative change also.
It would seem that beginning in 2016, The US Federal Government will progressively reduce funding to hospitals that have not adopted and deployed this type of technology.
The US government is also releasing $1.2 billion to help healthcare providers implement and use 'Electronic Medical Records' and has legislated that hospitals must deploy at a minimum one component of a CDSS by 2016.
The US government has also set aside in total more than $20 billion in economic stimulus funds to improve patient care and cut costs.
