As per your post on 15/10 you expected the delayed NOM for approval of the Alcidion transaction to be out by the next day.

Do you have any updates on this or do you know the reason(s) for the delay?

To anyone else out there, is it technically possible under the Corp Law to consider and vote on the Alcidion transaction at the time of the AGM despite no direct mention as an agenda item in the notice of AGM?

(Although indirectly it is addressed because the Annual Report addresses the transaction in Note 21 to the financial Statements and obviously the annual report should be adopted by the shareholders at the AGM)
