POK chart, page-174

Hey POK smilers... I am floating on cloud 9 at the moment - loaded up on heads at 7.2c during the initial ascent and have accumulated more since. I also bought into POKO a while back as well. I am not an experienced trader by any means (mine worker in WA) and I am unsure on the process to convert the options? I trade through ComSec and would really appreciate any guidance on how to go about this.
I have been quietly sitting in the background watching this beast unfold from the start and have learnt a massive amount by reading many of the posts on HC (specifically this POK forum). Again any help would be appreciated.
