Indeed, unfortunately the core has all the characteristics and appearance of a dime a dozen sulphidic black shale with barren pyrite being the dominant sulphide.
Looks like an old fashioned ramp up, with a banner title "sulphides in core" and a lack of detail to the announcement:
- Core photo is of poor quality,
- No characteristic/description of rock and sulphide type,
- No portable XRF assay results.
Lab assays are not the only truth detectors. These types of announcements reflect poorly on the industry and create credibility issues for all, IMO.
Keeping ones head in the sand based on selective information from the field is no excuse. I hope that I am wrong for all, time will tell. Good luck and be astute.
