Magic,
RIC also has large property assets that they looking to sell. IMO SP barely reflects these. They have a diversified business across practically the whole agg sector, and have managed to grow at 20% while making investments building for the long term.
If you're looking for bio-tech like returns, then you won't find them with RIC. But I would be very happy with 15% SP increase along with a 2-3% FF dividend.
BTW if you are worried about brokerage and tax then I suggest that you keep your money in the bank Won't have to pay much of either there.
