I've heard talk about PRO-RATA being used and only very small allocations are likely the case.
Just throwing speculation into the air.....
Hypothetical Scenario only:
Now there is the 10MILL Public Offer.
The 2.5 MILL is the SPP offered only to EXISTING Shareholders. What if, just what if, the terms are something like 1 new share at 10c offered for each share held, up to a certain amount, say $5000, then any additional will be PRO-RATA. Then at least you are guaranteed $5K, then the more heads you own, the more shares you can get allocated. I just think that there has to be some advantage to existing Shareholders in the SPP over the public offer. (*sigh* hope*).
Well, we won't know for sure. Have to wait for the prospectus for the terms.
We do know for sure, at least, if you own shares, you get to participate further in a SPP on top of a public offer. And if the terms for the SPP include some initial minimum quota, then you are looking good to get even more shares. We do know for sure (IMHO ) that the SP will be way over 15.5c in a short 1 months time after relist. And if the prospectus terms, come early next week, do include a reasonable minimum allocation for POK holders, I do see the SP will shoot higher from here. Unless large holders force this SP down, ... but still I do see retail holders possibly taking it all up and still pushing this higher! We want to be in the BUD story!! And even if that doesn't eventuate, owning POK at 15.5c will give you an extra BUD. If BUD opens at 20c on Dec 4th... let alone on its way to 35-40c within its surge..... enough said.
BUD is still the best story since 1PG. Better. Time is ticking.
