SciDev was supposed to pay us dividends , but as a matter of fact INL is subsidizing SciDev.
# $1.3m upfront cash for 50%.
# Paying the two founders wages , while they keep 50% profit without the corporate overhead expenses of a listed outfit.
# Paying a "corporate development manager".
# Both Kieran Rodgers & Dan Cronin are on the board of SciDev....We are not clear whether they are receiving wages or consultancy fees.
Intec got the short end of the stick, I am afraid.
Are they going to do something to fix this mess & make ends meet?
