China's oil consumption is increasing at 3% per annum. There have been reductions in industrial oil consumption but overall  it will continue to climb.  China's consumption of oil is 1/4 of the USA on a per capita basis. And China's population is about 1.3 billion versus the USA's 300 odd million.

Re the Quarterly Conference call you can see how overpaid their staff are. Their General Manager- Corporate Communications has it set down for 11 a.m September 22nd. .......That was 1 month ago.

Meanwhile the Shale Oil PONZI continues to get played out. Worsening negative cash flows and falling production. The Saudi's will keep the spigots open for another 6 months.
