    ok, in theory yes that would be possible.

    Technically speaking a sever sits there and waits for a client application to make a request

    for example you type in an address such as hotcopper.com into your browser (client request) and the server responds by sending back text and your browser knows how to draw(render) that text in a nice pretty home page. I am talking about "Internet servers & clients" there are others

    but I guess there is nothing to say that if you contact a server it could go back to the client to control it

    strange thing to do, but I guess possible, but it would be considered a "peer" rather than a server, but that's just terminology really as well and you would start getting into a philosophical discussion
