In my experience, it's all down to interpretation. A good trader interprets the information at hand.

This is then weighed against the psychology of the market. How will the average investor react to outcome A, B or C.

My best guess is drilling is commencing this week. I can buy options at 0.002. The market will be hoping that this next lot of news, based on the previous announcement, will be "the one", which it may well be.

They will then hedge their bets and buy more shares in the lead up.
