I'm a bit surprised there are no substantial share holder announcements from EVN or other's. I thought a sub share holder with 5% + is required to inform the ASX/market straight away if any changes, if there has indeed been no changes to EVNs % then PGX boss should highlight this perhaps within an update to confirm it appears no won has accepted the EVN offer being fair or reasonable or that EVN are buying on market. Imo at this stage simply a insulting oppitunistic test play. If any of the above is correct I suppose they could use other's/friendly acc to avoid the 5% disclosure rules, but they wouldn't bother doing that would they ?..
