the CR share price was assumed to be 5c in the initial Buddy acquisition announcement dated 20 July 2015
- to issue 150m shares to raise $7.5m - this works out to be 5c a share

so now, after 2.5 months, the price has been clarified to be 10c a share, to issue 125m shares to raise up to $12.5m
