no not concerned at all. Prior to the reverse take over shareholders owned 100% of nothing.
Post the RTO current holders will have approx. 19% (121/621) of the share holding. Yes, if a share holder elects not to participate in the equity raise then this will be diluted, but this is then the share holders decision.
With "tech" or IT focused stocks having a price earnings multiple of 15 times plus, then I will be more than happy to have my shareholding diluted to 20% of what may be a pretty big number compared to previously having 100% of nothing.
I see 1Page hit $5.70 before retreating to $4.90 during the current share market turmoil. Not bad. If Buddy Platforms performs half as well as this then I will be very happy
