I would also suggest that if the company is releasing this information they are breaking the regulations in relation to insider trading.

It may also pay to read the yearly report where it states that MOO will do a CR for an amount from $3 to $8m @ .05 post consolidation - However this doesnt mean that they could not do one before consolidation
