This is my first ever big investment in a potential tech shell acquisition stock, so im kinda confused by this how is this considered good news? we can't participate and pick up more stock at a good price we can't get any of the options either right? we get diluted by 20%+ for no obvious benefit I can see, yet I see the price go up, so feels like im missing something obvious here?
