AND was 32 cents before KCN made its takeover offer. AND's last sale was at 36.5c.

AND rose from 32.5 cents AFTER the KCN bid was made on speculation there would be a bidding war.

Clearly on what we have seen since the intelligent conclusion is that THERE WILL BE NO BIDDING WAR.
