If they did merge it would make a lot of sense with so much in common in what they do especially in the CB & they'd cut costs per barrel so I have no idea which would be the better buy - depends on who has the greater say in the matter I guess.
If DLS push forward with a merger then they would need to give towards BPT and visa versa - be good if 7 increased it stake in both and forced the merger on a 30 average or something - Perhaps they could create a whole new vehicle and BPT & DLS come under the umbrella - they could still gobble up some of what STO is selling as well. Copper Oil Company - COC?

I hadn't updated my sentiment from last year - I'm a buy for DLS and bought some more today as well - 48c
