the capital raising price is not the 'market value'
the market value is whatever the share price is on the ASX
if you buy today at 0.002, you are buying at 9 cents post-consolidation
if MOO makes a mega announcement between now & the capital raising, the capital raising subscribers many not sell any shares so the market price may be 10 cents or 20 cents or $10!
i have already posted that i hope to buy shares at 6 cents, post capital raising
what the market price is depends on if the capital raising subscribers sell or don't sell for profit taking
the post capital raising market price could return to 5 cents, could fall below 5 cents or could be more than 5 cents
THE POINT IS, if you buy today, you are buying at a price that is 80% higher than the capital raising price
